EAR Micro T10 Bespoke In-Ear Computers, featuring Klipsch Audio, are artisanal handcrafted pieces, made-to-order for each individual customer. For this reason, T10 Bespoke orders cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged for credit. All sales, naturally, are final. 

EAR Micro is not responsible for any items not purchased directly from the EAR Micro T10 Bespoke website. If you purchased an item from an outside retailer and would like to return or exchange it, you must work with the original retailer where the product was purchased.

Repairs

EAR Micro has taken great care to ensure that our product is sustainable and repairable. Please contact EAR Micro at the email address below for any repair and/or alteration requests. You will be responsible for the cost of repair and/or alteration as well as shipping costs. Once your repair or alteration request has been approved, EAR Micro will provide instructions on where to send your package and make payment arrangements. Kindly ensure items are shipped back in a box and adequately packaged. We recommend using a trackable method with a signature required since we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Damages

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us aconcierge@earmicro.com within twenty-four (24) hours if the item is damaged. We may request photos of the damaged product and a copy of your confirmation email as part of the claims process.
