Every piece here began with something personal—a faith, a family crest, a car, a tattoo. From there, an idea became a design, shaped by hand in metal, gemstones, leather and wood. The result is something that could belong to only one person.
For this commissioned T10 Bespoke, we began with sacred geometry and the Star of David—transforming the symbol into a multilayered pattern woven throughout the design.
Look closely and you'll find it cast into metal, carved into carbon and repeated at different scales. Present everywhere, yet never obvious.
For a personal touch, we turned to family—incorporating his daughter’s initials into artwork inspired by contemporary pieces our client loves.

So, what do you do with a really great pattern? Put it everywhere, of course.
We cast it directly into the metal surrounding the frame and doors of the charger and the ICS, creating incredible dimension and texture.
A brushed silver, aged-antique finish brings out every line and intersection, while giving the metal a character all its own.
But repeating the pattern wasn't quite enough. We decided to play with scale.
The same geometry was dramatically enlarged across the grab areas of the charger and the CNC-milled solid carbon top and bottom covers.
At this new scale, the pattern takes on a completely different personality. What feels intricate and almost ornamental in the cast metal becomes bold and architectural.
Same pattern. Different attitude.
Then came a completely different kind of geometry—and a whole lot more color.
Our client’s collection of contemporary art gave us an entirely new palette to play with. We borrowed its bold colors and geometric forms to create the artwork for the touch faces of the two ear computers.
Then, for a truly personal touch, his daughter’s initials were transformed into a custom script and tucked right into the design.
And because some details are just too good to use only once, the intricate geometry and custom initials make one final appearance—this time carved in relief on the underside of the Inductive Charging Station.

Taking design cues directly from the aircraft, we started “building” an F-15 of our own—incorporating the jet’s canopy and air intakes into the sides of the charger door and frame.
Aircraft skin panels bring the look of the F-15’s outer shell to the charger doors, while rows of rivets along the ICS sides echo the construction of the aircraft itself.
And, of course, a nod to the Air Force. The ear computers were custom Cerakoted in deep navy blue, with the Air Force emblem and our client’s initials incorporated into the antenna faces. Because if you’re going to build an F-15 of your own, you might as well put your initials on it.
We couldn’t exactly leave our F-15 sitting on the runway, could we? Custom-designed leather inserts recreate the sweeping contrails of an F-15 in flight, streaming from a specially cast F-15 emblem across the charger face.

Triple-plated gold metal brings the geometric pattern forward, adding dimension and contrast as it moves across the charger. Paul Oakenfold’s name is carved directly into the charger doors and frame, highlighted by a blue Cerakote-painted channel that gives the gold lettering even greater definition.
Custom 3D-printed inserts bring the same geometric design to the charger and ear computers, adding another layer of texture and dimension while keeping the rhythm of the original pattern moving throughout the piece.
Apparently, Paul has a thing for blue. Or at least his discography does.
With tracks like Blue Bottle and even a Blue October remix to his name, blue Cerakote felt like a pretty good choice. We carried it across the charger and onto the ear computer covers, creating a rich backdrop for all that triple-plated gold.

It turns out there is a Baháʼí temple in Chicago which is considered to be an architectural masterpiece. After studying the interior and exterior architecture and stone reliefs carefully, our master sculptor replicated these intricacies in the ornate 925 Sterling Silver doors, frame, and ICS base.
As a reflection of Baháʼí's belief in the essential worth of all faiths, the metal is decorated with symbols from a variety of different religions. Gold inlayed diamonds and yellow sapphires were then used to accentuate these symbols.
The Baháʼí nine point star was added to symbolize the faith's goal to unite humanity. Dramatically highlighted by one gold inlayed sapphire and nine diamonds, this star serves as a beacon of hope.
And finally, the Baháʼí temple ceiling imagery, laser etched onto a metallic lambskin leather insert, is the pièce de résistance making this T10 Bespoke a stunning tribute to the Baháʼí faith.

Go to the museum, look at some art, and treat yourself to a burger and milkshake. Things will look brighter to you!” We worked with Danny to translate his father’s words of wisdom into a true Art Pop-themed T10 Bespoke.
To embrace this theme, we began by sculpting burger fixings such as sesame seeds, buns, and lettuce tumbling down the doors and permitter frame of the charger. These intricacies (or should I say delicacies?) were then hand patinated on raw bronze to provide contrast.
No milkshake would be complete without sprinkles, so we dusted some on the top and bottom grab-surfaces of the charger doors by casting the sprinkles directly into the metal. We further incorporated the sprinkles onto the top areas of the black calfskin leather inserts with colorful 3D printed UV ink juxtaposing the two different textures to create an artful element.

Match an incredible color-flipping deep purple, custom-wrapped Tesla truck? Check. Reimagine the cognac-colored custom interior? Got it. Create interesting visual elements to mirror the unmistakable uniqueness of a Tesla truck? Sounds like fun.
We were up for the challenge; or so we thought! It turns out color-flipping paint is hard. After several different color iterations to get the correct mixture and the right top-coating combination to cause the color-flipping effect to simulate the actual wrap, a star was born!
Next, we sculpted the charger metal to include a crocodile-skin relief to match the size and scale of the natural cognac-toned crocodile leather cover-inserts placed adjacently. We then mixed a warm cognac-colored Cerakote to match the natural crocodile inserts and applied it to the earbud frames to provide a similar contrast to the charger.
And what isn’t more decadent than plating the charger frame, doors, and ear computer audio-tubes in 24k gold? Ok, we also threw in two emerald-cut Ametrine stones which blend the purple of amethyst and the yellow-gold of citrine within a single crystal for the pair of door lenses.

Designed as the 2nd and 3rd customized units for our fantastic collector, these particular T10 Bespoke pieces pay homage to the owner's family history as well as to his profession.
To reflect these deep service beliefs, we began by sculpting a three-dimensional custom logo of his family crest to become the centerpiece of the top cover. Each child’s name was featured in raised lettering at the door closures, along with the phase, “from horizon to horizon,” which Marc felt represented his journey and a life well-lived from beginning to end. The family crest was sculpted and cast into the top logo-position to serve as a tribute to the enduring legacy and importance of family.
Most profoundly, we were able to sculpt the fingerprint of an adult child the family had recently lost into the top button on the charger as a special remembrance to that sibling’s uncanny spirit of adventure each time it is touched.
The charger and earbud covers are adorned in custom green gloss Cerakote over ceramic Zirconium in a nod to the forest theme. Natural buck-skin cover inserts were hand relieved and then glazed in black, green, and brown dyes to add the finishing touch to this tribute.

The QC edition T10 Bespoke features a dizzying array of bold ideal-cut Aether diamonds (a big shout out to Grown Brilliance in NY) adorning a custom-cast gold QC-themed charger frame that prominently features the full Quality Control name on the top surfaces of the doors and miniature QC logos strategically placed between each diamond surrounding the perimeter.
The charger cover inserts were handcrafted with three different colors of DiamArt® micro-diamonds embedded into carbon. Thank you Diamart®! Collectively, the black and white diamonds form a filigree pattern similar to QC founder Pee Thomas's jacket and the yellow diamonds form a subtle "ghosted" QC mark.
The raised QC emblem on the face of the charger features an array of pave set diamonds to add additional bling.
Our job would not have been complete if we ignored the ear computers. Featuring 24k gold audio nozzles adorned with (8) flawless diamonds as well as a customized QC touch face, we think we nailed the call.
QC has been famously "chaining" its artists and athletes with beautiful QC-themed medallions, laden with diamonds and other gemstones, so EAR Micro was thrilled when QC's COO reached out to create a series of QC-themed units that could be presented to the company's top talent in lieu of the standard pendant.
We think these artists and atheletes will love being "chained' to the sound!

The QC edition T10 Bespoke features a dizzying array of bold ideal-cut Aether diamonds (a big shout out to Grown Brilliance in NY) adorning a custom-cast gold QC-themed charger frame that prominently features the full Quality Control name on the top surfaces of the doors and miniature QC logos strategically placed between each diamond surrounding the perimeter.
The charger cover inserts were handcrafted with three different colors of DiamArt® micro-diamonds embedded into carbon. Thank you Diamart®! Collectively, the black and white diamonds form a filigree pattern similar to QC founder Pee Thomas's jacket and the yellow diamonds form a subtle "ghosted" QC mark.
The raised QC emblem on the face of the charger features an array of pave set diamonds to add additional bling.
Our job would not have been complete if we ignored the ear computers. Featuring 24k gold audio nozzles adorned with (8) flawless diamonds as well as a customized QC touch face, we think we nailed the call.
QC has been famously "chaining" its artists and athletes with beautiful QC-themed medallions, laden with diamonds and other gemstones, so EAR Micro was thrilled when QC's COO reached out to create a series of QC-themed units that could be presented to the company's top talent in lieu of the standard pendant.

When asked to bring a European private banker's T10 Bespoke to life featuring design motifs, materials, and styling from his alter-ego video game avatar Asuka, we answered.
Game On!
His character is complex and colorful. She boasts super powers as strong as a rabid crocodile, and yet, Asuka is as refined as the tiara she wears.
Leaning into the client's predilection for purple and white, we died and polished a complete crocodile hide to purple perfection for his charger covers.

His work specializes in creating and embellishing fine jewelry and bespoke objects with unique raised, reposed, and engraved designs.
A modern introduction, Bear initiated the partnership after Bear discovered Phil’s work on Instagram. It was only after initiating this partnership that Bear discovered Phil and his studio are also based in Missouri, the home of the T10 Bespoke.
Bonding over home towns the connection between Bear and Phil grew strong and set a sturdy foundation to create a truly one-of-a-kind T10 Bespoke. Phil was given free creative reign to design a bespoke engraving for the frame of a unit.
Phil began with soft brushing a polished 925 Sterling Silver frame.
“I like to let the engraving shine through in its own right—and I find that brushed satin finishes are understated and provide the perfect base palette atop which to work.”
He then moved on to carve out channels bordering the top doors and perimeter of the metal, and inlayed these channels with 14k gold which was sanded flush to the surface.
Atop the surface he meticulously engraved detailed floral wings across the doors and down the frame, and saturated the grooves with black ink to enhance the depth and contrast of the design.
“I was honored to play a role in sculpting this T10 Bespoke. To be sure, it was a challenge to get my tools into the recessed areas around the perimeter of the frame and doors, but in the end—the shape and forms of the T10 are uniquely alluring and sculptural. I couldn’t help but feel proud to be the very first artisanal engraver to be selected to work with Bear and the team on such a unique piece. I look forward to doing more.”

Inspiration was drawn from our client's tattoos which feature themes of snarling lions, blossoming orchids, and ships in troubled seas.
This artistic illustration depicts one of the tattoos the unit was based on.
The themes in the tattoo are subtly incorporated into the metal doors and frame as intricate raised reliefs.
Blind-set rubies, our client's favorite gemstone, are tastefully integrated into a geometric diamond pattern which criss-crosses the perimeter of the unit.
This angular pattern symbolizes the dichotomy and balance our client must face working a professional lifestyle on Wall Street, whilst boasting an artistic style in his everyday life.
